About Amanda Fernando

  • I decided to set up Fernando Consulting Ltd so that I could focus on what I'm most passionate about - designing and delivering impactful programs that result in sustainable behavioural change.

  • I have over 25 years experience as a learning and development leader in professional services firms and previously held roles as Coaching and Highest Performing Teams Leader for EY EMEIA.

  • I bring deep expertise in design and delivery of leadership skills programs including coaching, performance management, team leadership, presentation and interpersonal skills.

  • My facilitation style has been described as respectful and engaging with a calm authority that keeps the audience focused on their purpose and outcomes.

  • I am a strong presenter and facilitator with a wealth of international experience in leading interactive group presentations and training events for large and small multicultural audiences.

  • I enjoy working one to one with executive teams and their leaders to help them identify their development goals and resulting actions.
